Born in South Africa, raised in Europe and trained as an engineer in Australia, John-Kyle spent his early career in commercial real estate, mining and energy. ARC brings that same discipline to homes: plans are checked, quantities are measured and costs are known before work starts.
Born in South Africa, then Switzerland, and grew up in the Netherlands. Three countries early on, which is why working with clients from all over the world comes naturally.
Graduated with an Honours degree in Civil and Structural Engineering and started out in commercial real estate, then worked as a project engineer in mining before moving to a hydrogen conversion facility. Big sites teach you to plan properly, measure everything and keep to budget.
Started ARC as an engineering consultancy, then grew into residential design and construction. The same discipline, now for homes on the Costa del Sol: one team, honest numbers and drawings done properly before anyone picks up a tool.

Originally from Slovakia, Michal holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics and comes from real estate and investment advisory on the Costa del Sol. Day to day he coordinates our contractors, suppliers, architects and engineers, covering site supervision, planning, procurement, quality control and client communication. He also helps clients assess properties, investment opportunities and renovation feasibility.
